About the role :

Caring Network is seeking a Project Coordinator as part of our general donor development team. This role is marketing based working with integrated marketing to help expand our donor base.

This person will manage projects in print and digital channels, overseeing each step in the projects to ensure timeliness and quality.

This role will manage several projects within the direct response team. They will also work closely with the VP of Direct Response to manage efforts with our partners to heighten brand awareness, increase new contacts and donors to help grow our donor base.

Key responsibilities :

• Managing print projects with our partners to ensure we hit our deadlines.
• Manage digital projects including social media, paid and organic, current donation pages, creating new donation pages.
• Learn about donor journeys, be a part of improving the journeys to improve donor experience.
• Learn our CRM. Including how to set up codes, pull an email list, send emails and more.
• Oversee the list select process.
• Coordinate the reporting process for the department.
• Ability to edit and give input into copy in many channels to adhere to brand and goals of projects as well as channel nuances.

Qualifications :

• A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is a participant in a local church
• Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion
• Agree with and be willing to uphold Caring Network’s Statements of Faith and Principle and Core Values; Humility, Mutual Respect, Sacrificial Love, Optimism, Excellence, Integrity, Mission Focus, & Perseverance
• Enthusiasm for and commitment to the mission and strategy of Caring Network
• Comfortable with participating in leading, and initiating prayer with co-workers, donors or others.
• Ability to share the Gospel, the good news of salvation whenever the occasion arises.
• Preferred degree 3 years of experience in marketing and / or project management.
• Marketing and / or project management experience preferred. Desire to keep learn and improving is required. Commitment to our mission is mandatory.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Learning about data and lists and overseeing the list select process.
• Learning and pulling reports. Learn the why and what is important in different reports.
• Ability to edit and give input into copy in many channels to adhere to brand and goals of projects as well as channel nuances.
