Summary of Position : This position supports campus operations by handling shipping and receiving duties, maintaining facilities and grounds, and performing snow removal. Work includes completing work orders independently and as part of a team, and assisting with special projects. Occasional weekend and Holidays as needed for snow plowing.

Hours of this position would be 400am-1230pm Monday-Friday.

Essential Functions

1. Maintain and uphold the College values of Learning, Excellence, Accountability, Diversity, Student Success, Teamwork, Integrity, and Respect. Regular attendance is required.

2. Complete all required College training and responsible for maintaining the skills necessary to complete the essential functions of the position as defined by the department.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance - Supporting Action / Task May Include :

• Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets including treating stains and extraction of carpets
• Dust vertical and horizontal surfaces
• Clean and Sanitize restrooms, drinking fountains, etc. using established practices and procedures
• General cleaning and maintenance including cleaning glass, spot cleaning, etc.
• Perform emergency and project-related cleaning

Starting annual / hourly salary range based on education and experience : $18.21 - $22.37
