The ideal candidate should be able to handle assignments from various attorneys, be a self-starter who can work on their own, be detail-oriented, and have good communication and organizational skills.
Desired Background :
- 3-5+ years of experience with business and employment visas
- PERM, H-1B, TN, E visas, O-1, and EB visa expertise
- Word, Excel, iManage, Adobe Standard, Lexis / Nexis, and Westlaw.
- A paralegal certificate or equivalent is preferred
