We have a career opportunity for a HR Analyst to join our team!
The successful candidate will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), new hire and exit surveys, government labor statistics, competitors' practices, and other sources.
Incumbent will apply data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention and to identify important HR trends.
This individual is responsible for ensuring that the data is accurate and presented it in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders.

Minimum Salary : $73,400 (Grade 9)
Responsibilities
- Analyze all aspects of HR data, submit findings to leadership with executive summaries and recommendations to improve programs and services, as well as day-to-day operations
- Generate and maintain reports / dashboards, including ad-hoc reporting and presentation material as requested.
- Work with business units and HR personnel to develop relevant HR metrics.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports on specific HR metrics.
- Develop and maintain procedures for the metrics report generating process.
- Investigate possible methods of improving and / or increasing the automation of the reporting process.
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Analyzing cost data, FMLA, turnover, exit interview, and new employee data and informing HR leadership of trends, correlations, and patterns for decision making and improvements
- Assists HR Leadership team with presentation of HR data and team duties / requirements
- Coordinate various projects within HR.
- Provide insights and information at strategic and tactical levels for improved HR processes and project delivery.
- Defines or assists in the execution of project deadlines and schedules; communicates and applies project management methodologies and standards.
- Maintain HR SOP manual
- Other duties as assigned
Key Competencies :
- Significant knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to help generate relevant metrics to further business and HR strategic initiatives and priorities
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and identify key trends
- Ability to present data in a logical, concise manner
- Ability to explain data and metrics to a non-technical audience
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field, or 5-7 years equivalent work experience in data analysis and reporting, problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
- 3+ years of experience in demonstrating computer proficiency and problem-solving skills.
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Working knowledge of Survey Monkey platform or similar product.
- Ability to generate relevant metrics to further HR strategic initiatives and priorities.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications :
- Working knowledge of HR platforms, ATS, LMS HRIS
- Experience with Oracle EBS
- Skills and proficiency in SharePoint and PowerBI
- Working knowledge of Quality principles and tools
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
