The Center for Immunotherapy & Precision Immuno-Oncology (CITI) is a state-of-the-art center dedicated to immunotherapy research, discovery and developmental therapeutics, with the goal to make precision immuno-oncology available for every patient.

As a Program Manager, you will :

Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs.

Plan, develop, and maintain systems and procedures.

Act as a liaison between the Chief of Staff office and outside communities.

Serve as a coach and mentor for other caregivers in the department.

Participate in budgetary processes.

Has experience in pre- and post-award grant management.

Provides exceptional service to research caregivers they support.

Has strong project management, troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills.

Thrives working both independently and as part of a team.

By taking this opportunity, you will gain experience, be involved with development cohorts and leadership groups, and work remotely one day per week (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday).

Responsibilities :

  • Develops, implements, manages and maintains operational systems and activities.
  • Serves as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
  • Manages multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
  • Allocates time to meet completion requirements. Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
  • Reviews and monitors adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Associate’s degree and five years of experience may substitute the Bachelors degree requirement.
  • Master’s degree and two year of experience may substitute for one year of experience.

Certifications :

May be required for specific positions as per policy or regulation.

Complexity of Work :

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.
  • Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem solving abilities.

Work Experience :

  • Three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training.
  • Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting preferred. .

Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

Personal Protective Equipment :

Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly : $27.65

Maximum hourly : $42.17

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary.

A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.

This is not inclusive of the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package, which includes among other benefits, healthcare / dental / vision and retirement.
