- Provide legal counsel and representation in various family law matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft documents, and advocate for clients in court hearings and negotiations.
- Collaborate with colleagues for efficient case management and resolution.
Responsibilities
- Offer expert legal counsel in family law areas such as divorce, custody, support, and property division.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare compelling legal arguments.
- Attend court hearings, trials, and negotiations to advocate effectively for clients.
- Communicate with clients, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on family law developments to provide accurate advice.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Arizona state bar and good standing.
- 1+ years of family law experience, focusing on complex cases. 3+ years experience preferred.
- Strong courtroom experience and knowledge of family law principles preferred.
- Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage high caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
