As the Business Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights that will guide strategic initiatives and optimize performance across our portfolio of e-commerce websites.
You will lead the development and execution of data strategies, oversee analytical projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Essential Experience & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong background in ecommerce and digital marketing.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, PowerBI preferred).
- Experience with direct-to-consumer eCommerce and digital marketing data sources (Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads).
- Experience in omni-channel data analysis.
- Proven experience leading a data team or function.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven storytelling abilities.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
