The pay range is $60,000.00 - $120,000.00. Pay is based on several factors including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

Assets Protection (AP) teams work to keep our guests, team, and brand safe by mitigating shortage risks and preventing theft and fraud.
As an Executive Team Leader-Assets Protection, typical responsibilities include :
- Drive total store sales and ensure product availability for guests.
- Manage physical security and safety processes; lead emergency crisis situations.
- Educate store leaders on emergency preparedness and physical security procedures.
- Identify shortage risks and develop strategies to reduce them.
- Lead investigative training for AP team members.
- Manage internal investigations and interviews.
- Anticipate and identify theft trends and develop prevention strategies.
- Manage external theft incidents and investigations.
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Build partnerships to identify market trends and competition strategies.
