- This position will be involved in support of current HR technology applications for all users as we grow and expand our business*Responsibilities : Conducts system data audits at regular intervals and uses judgement to determine need for ad hocs* Uses technical and analytical acumen to ensure current business needs are met* Researches and completes routine and non routine reporting requests* Troubleshoots and analyzes system issues and deficiencies;
identifies and recommends solutions* Assist with creation and upkeep of departmental information posted on SharePoint or intranet site* Together with manager, manages interdependencies between internal and external systems, including single and bi-directional data feeds between all HR Systems* Updates monthly metrics dashboards and related reports to inform business decisions* Develop and maintain working knowledge of overall HR team and specific People Operations team guidelines, processes, and systems* Fosters culture of accountability, trust, collaboration, development, and results consistent with the short and long-term objectives of the team* General support for all People Operations team initiatives*Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business, or equivalent experience preferred* 3+ years Human Resources / People Operations / Shared Services Analyst experience preferred* Prior experience with HR technology, such as BambooHR, Greenhouse Recruiting and Onboarding, or other similar technologies* Prior experience analyzing and reporting out on HR-related data with a strong attention to detail* Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, including xlookup / vlookup, pivot tables / charts* Eager and efficient self-starter for learning new systems and processes* Ability to flex and quickly adapt to multiple high, and potentially shifting, priorities in a fast-paced environment* Strong sense of personal accountability and ability to work cooperatively within a developing team structure* Resourceful and organized with a strong sense of urgency* Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality#CB #P1
