ABOUT THE ROLE
I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Project Manager to join my client. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HVAC projects, from inception to completion.
This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating the project activities, as well as managing budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
As the HVAC Project Manager, you will work closely with clients, vendors, General Contractors, and internal teams to ensure that project requirements are met and that all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
You will be responsible for managing project risks, resolving issues, and providing timely updates to stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking project progress, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
REQUIREMENTS
I am ideally looking for someone who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management.
On top of this, I am looking for someone who holds strong stability throughout their resume.
