Accounting Clerk (Accounts Payable / Billing)
Now hiring : Accounting Clerk. We are currently working with a emerging manufacturing / engineering company in Golden Valley who is growing and due to this growth they are currently looking to hire an Accounting Clerk as an addition to their small / high-performing accounting / finance team.

The Accounting Clerk will report directly into the Controller and will play a key role in helping support accounting operations.
The Accounting Clerk will have ownership over full-cycle Accounts Payable (including 3-way matching) as well as helping support A / R & Billing.

Accounting Clerk Job Responsibilities :
- Process all corporate accounts payable (3 way matching)
- Assist with 1099 processing
- Assist with billing and accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate files
- Other duties upon request
Requirements :
- Minimum of three years' full-cycle accounts payable
- Must have prior 3-way matching experience
- Prior experience helping support A / R, Billing
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel required
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
Compensation : $55,000 to $64,000
