Job Description
The Private Bank Sr. Product Performance Partner is both a Deposits Product Manager and Segment Strategy Lead. This role within the Private Bank manages to the growth plan, defines the product development and customer experience priorities, builds then manages the product roadmap and performance plan in alignment with the Deposits strategy.
The role ensures the highest level of customer value and best-in-class customer experience, specifically for the Private Bank segment to compete in the marketplace.
Primary responsibilities include
- Manages to the growth plan for short, medium, and long term for the Private Bank using key levers to grow product enhancements, product development builds, acquisition, and retention tactics, deepening opportunities, cross functional management, and visionary leadership.
- Defines the priorities (requirements), builds the roadmap, and promotes product development stories from the backlog.
- Develops thriving and productive relationships, particularly with Be a Better Customer (BABC) Town, Marketing, Sales, Service and Retail Training.
Gains stakeholders' buy-in on both the strategy and business plans. Shepherds and influences the majority of activities, relying on other teams to execute and release.
- Owns the customer experience for the product and the segment.
- Informs, defines, delivers, and supports product pricing strategy for Private Client and Private Bank suite of products.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and / or Other Professional Credentials
- 7-10 years deposit product experience
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of deposit pricing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
