We're searching for motivated individuals keen on the dynamic Business Sales sector. Our goal is to have a sales team that excels in comprehending the needs of our business clients and collaborates effectively in a lively, inclusive work environment! Specializing in telecommunications, we're currently collaborating with Empire Telecom to bolster their Small to Medium Business Solutions Campaign in Florida! Empire Telecom, based in Florida, is a B2B sales firm operating in telecom, merchant, and business services, offering fantastic opportunities for a fulfilling career! The Position : Proactively source leads and develop business through face-to-face prospecting.

Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and influencers. Maintain regular follow-ups with decision-makers to cultivate new business relationships.

Schedule in-person business appointments. Continuously update and refine data in the sales prospect database. Convert outbound / inbound leads into paying business customers.

Meet or surpass monthly sales targets and established KPIs. Manage business client expectations and address related inquiries.

Our Ideal Candidate : Possesses exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic. Prior Sales Experience is advantageous! Aspires to advance within the B2B Sales and Marketing sector.

Demonstrates innate leadership qualities. Thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments. Passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences.
