Dispatch officers shall provide excellent customer service to clients and employees. You will provide in-house support to supervisors & managers and act as the receptionist.
You will also use a computer to monitor employee activity, use multi-line phone system, email and other common computer programs.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor the safety of security officers in the field.
- Quickly & accurately pass messages.
- Customer Service in person, over the phone and online.
- Quality Control via web based applications.
In addition to the above you must complete other job-related functions as they may arise from time to time.
Skills Required :
You must speak confidently and professionally in person, over the phone & in written communication like email & reports.
Strong organizational skills and time management is required. You must be a self-starter and take projects from start to finish unsupervised.
You must work well with others as part of a team. Experience using common computer programs and office equipment is required.
Proficiency with mobile devices and apps are required.
Requirements :
- Have a valid California Guard Card.
- Be drug-free.
- Have reliable transportation.
Schedule :
Delta Protective Services is proud of our in-house 24 / 7 / 365 dispatch fusion center. You’ll work as an hourly employee in an office environment.
Working weekends is required and may be directed to work additional hours at the direction of a supervisor or manager.
