Job Description

Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Senior Product Manager (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to

  • Provide input into the development of payment authentication products and solutions that promote security, increase sales, and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with the team members to define business requirements and prioritize features to support the needs of issuers and the acceptance / seller channel.
  • The role includes working with regional and cross-functional teams on market adoption, program performance, readiness, and support.
  • Work with stakeholders in product, sales, strategic partnerships, marketing, and customer support across various geographical regions.
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to document and communicate Visa's strategy, solutions, best practices, and rules that impact merchants.
  • Conduct performance analytics and business reviews, and generate recommendations for expanding product usage and performance improvements.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive and regulatory landscape.
  • Position reports to the Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
  • Domestic and international travel required 5-10% of the time.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any field), Computer Science, Business Administration, Management or related field followed by 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a product manager or business developer-related occupation
  • Supporting development of a comprehensive payment authentication strategy and executing on a global product roadmap to drive the usage of authentication solutions.
  • Understanding of general industry trends in payment authentication including competitive and regulatory landscape.
  • Data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.
  • Digital payments, eCommerce, and payment authentication experience.
  • Value based selling skills founded on business acumen and the translating benefits into the partner's business language to prove value.
  • Conducting market research.

Additional Information

Worksite : Foster City, CA

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership / site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements : Domestic and international travel required 5-10% of the time.

Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $163,571.00 to $236,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
