Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR counsel to - union and non-union employees on people development, performance management, engagement, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, and talent retention.
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement management practices aligned with company values for organizational effectiveness and team member development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with food service and support center leadership.
- Enhance candidate and team member experiences reflecting company Purpose and Values.
- Support company locations and support center with staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance.
- Develop talent plans with People Team and support center leadership.
- Address team member and manager requests regarding policy, conflict, employment law, and benefits.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience within manufacturing, food production, warehouse, distribution experience required
- 8+ years of experience of within HR
- Labor relations experience strongly preferred
