The Process Improvement Engineer will be located in Jefferson, PA (approximately 15 miles south of Pittsburgh). They will provide technical assistance and project work related to process development and improvement efforts and assist in the discovery and development of new process concepts for the production of resins.
Project work will be conducted in the laboratory, pilot plant, and in the large-scale manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications
Candidates must have B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
3 years of Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience is preferred.
Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification is preferred.
