Shift Monday-Friday 9am-2pm
We're seeking a computer-savvy Office Assistant to join our team in a temporary capacity. The ideal candidate will combine excellent administrative skills with basic computer knowledge to support our repair shop operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage front desk operations and provide professional customer service
- Handle incoming and outbound calls
- Process customer check-in / check-out for computer repairs
- Basic computer setup for customer testing (connecting monitors, keyboards, power cables for customer on demo table so customer can try out their computer)
- Maintain organized documentation and detailed customer notes
Required Qualifications :
- Familiarity with basic computer components and standard connections (USB, HDMI, power cables, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (Must be comfortable helping people get computer out of car from parking lot etc)
- Professional phone manner and excellent listening skills
- Detail-oriented note-taking ability
