We are seeking an experienced Functional Lead SAP Finance & Controlling (FI / CO) with strong business process knowledge to join our team.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the implementation configuration and ongoing optimization of the SAP FI / CO modules.
You will work closely with clients to understand their financial processes map them to SAP functionality and drive efficiency across various industries such as finance procurement supply chain and human resources.
Your business acumen and understanding of endtoend processes will allow you to deliver solutions that optimize and enhance clients existing workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the design implementation and support of SAP Finance & Controlling (FI / CO) solutions ensuring alignment with business processes.
Analyze and map client business processes particularly in finance procurement supply chain and human resources to SAP FI / CO functionality.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP FI / CO solutions tailoring them to optimize clients existing processes.
Provide subject matter expertise on SAP FI / CO modules ensuring optimal integration with other SAP modules like MM SD PP and HR.
Manage fullcycle SAP implementations from requirements gathering through system configuration testing training and postgolive support.
Partner with crossfunctional teams to ensure a smooth integration of financial data across all business functions.
Continuously identify opportunities for improving financial processes through SAP enhancements and industry best practices.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members and end users fostering knowledge transfer and promoting system adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FI / COrelated issues to minimize business disruption and ensure optimal system performance.
Stay updated on SAP innovations particularly within SAP S / 4HANA and recommend enhancements that align with business needs.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Finance Information Technology Business or related field.
5 years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling (FI / CO) implementation and configuration including multiple fullcycle projects.
Strong knowledge of endtoend business processes across industries (e.g. finance procurement supply chain HR) and how they map to SAP functionality.
Proven ability to analyze and optimize financial and controlling processes for business efficiency.
Deep expertise in SAP FI / CO module configuration customization and integration with other modules (MM SD PP HR).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders and understand their needs.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
