RESPONSIBILITIES :
The game room attendant operates the Game Room located in the McMahon Centennial Complex in accordance with University policy.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following : 1) maintain, adjust, and repair game room equipment as necessary, 2) report machine malfunctions to vendors and follow up on equipment repairs, 3) keep the game room and equipment clean and tidy, 4) enforce University policies in the Game Room and report uncontrollable violations, 5) coordinate with management or vendors on replacement of machines, 6) supervise student workers.
Hours are 8 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 9 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 00 p.m. Friday. Hours will not exceed 29 hours per week and are subject to change.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Ability to understand and implement verbal and written instructions. Ability to tactfully converse with students and maintain control in the game room.
Ability to follow instructions and take supervision.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Graduate of a standard high school or equivalent. Experience in similar operations.
SALARY :
$10.00 per hour based upon qualifications and experience.
