Job Description :
Position Title : Sr. Business Process Analyst
Description :
- Contractor will assist in processing City Payroll
- Assist in Time & Labor and Absence Management related support questions
- Analyze system issues and do proper research
- Document the issues and run an analysis to see who all this impacts
- Work with IT / ERP / Development teams to implement solutions.
- Required to do some testing to ensure it is back up to standard. (Will have to create own test strips)
Technology & Must Haves required :
- Excel
- Sharepoint
- SDLC
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred Experience :
- 5 years
- 5 years
Starting Location : Onsite for 6 weeks; Hybrid a possibility after
