We are looking for a Window Service Technician to join our team at Window World of Michiana. As a leader in the industry, we take pride in providing top-quality products and exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities :
- Service windows and doors in residential and commercial settings
- Experience in replacing balancers, sashes, glass packs and locks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with windows and doors
- Experience in installing windows a plus
- Unloading windows and doors from delivery trucks
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner
Requirements :
- Prior experience in window and door installation and service
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
