Position Overview
This position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a profitable customer base of
accounts within the Industrial Packaging Vertical for the Bosie, Idaho region of the United States.
Selected candidate will be a hunter of strategic multi-location large volume accounts and develop
relationships with customers and supplier partners to enable value added selling and best business
practices that promote our National and Strategic account philosophies.
Responsibilities Include :
Collaborating with senior executives developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and
expense controls.
Ensure and maintain profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution, and
management of a strategic accounts.
Implement BradyPLUS’s strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its
strong national presence.
Work with customer base to expand our drive for packaging automation and innovation with the
equipment offering.
Managing a sales territory to maximize sales and profit revenues that meet or exceed corporate
set goals.
The ongoing training of your skill set to ensure best in class product and market
knowledge.
- Promoting the organization directives.
- Understanding needs of customer base and how they relate to the organization
directives.
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
- Educating customers on the BradyPLUS Valued added account strategy process with presentations of
strategies, case studies and successful trends.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and
understanding their needs.
Attend sales training, sales seminars, and other meetings as needed.
The ideal candidate will have :
- BS Degree preferred
- Proven experience as a sales representative or account manager
- Sales competencies with large volume, multi-location account base
- Familiarity with CRM practices
- Excellent selling / negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization and customer base.
- Proven ability to drive sales processes from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise in Industrial Packaging, strongly
preferred.
- Ability to travel throughout Boise Idaho and surrounding region.
