Join the North-America Field Enablement team to build epic learning experiences and lead collaborative efforts across teams to curate, create, deliver, and measure enablement experiences unique to the tech sales audience.
As the North America Tech Role Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for the overall plan, design, and execution of tech sales role enablement for the North America AWS field teams in partnership with local and global enablement teams.
This is a hands-on position, with the ideal candidate willing to roll up the sleeves and get things done.
Key job responsibilities
Field Enablement Leads enable AWS sales teams to have high-quality customer engagements as Trusted Enablement Advisors by 1) Leading discovery, business alignment, needs analysis, prioritization, and cross-functional interlock bringing unique empathy for the tech sales role with AWS;
2) Curating, orchestrating, developing, and / or landing enablement initiatives; and 3) Monitoring and measuring the impact of enablement initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
- collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across business units to understand tech role enablement priorities and requirements
- develop data-driven recommendations for new initiatives, or improving / retiring existing mechanisms
- lead the enablement strategy for AWS Sellers in your area of scope, partnering with functional teams frequently
- expertly curate across existing content, programs, and mechanisms to deliver enablement to the right person at the right time with the right type of material
- manage all stages (from concept to delivery) to meet challenging business goals
- define measurement mechanisms to track progress against a plan
- generate insights to articulate enablement impact, and identify opportunities for iteration and improvement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years combination of professional services, enablement, direct sales, or learning and development experience with increasing influence and responsibility
- 5+ years of relevant experience developing and executing sales enablement programs
- 5+ years of Program Management experience
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and managing internal stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with single threaded ownership scoping and defining requirements for improvement projects
- Experience working with LMS platforms
- Experience driving measurement strategies, change management, and prioritization across multiple integrated projects
- Project management experience, including managing multiple projects concurrently
- Experience training and mentoring peers or direct reports
