Job Title : Sales Growth Manager Fast-Track Program Job Summary : We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Growth Manager to join our team as part of our Fast-Track Program.

Key Responsibilities : Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and team goals.
Performance Analysis : Analyze sales data s to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies.
Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration : Work closely with agency teams to create a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement. Training and Development : Facilitate training sessions and workshops to develop the skills and knowledge of team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Reporting : Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management. Qualifications : Experience in sales management or business development, preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
