When you join our team, you'll undergo a detailed onboarding process where we'll equip you with a highly specialized skill set.
We'll teach you how to turn leads from our channel partners into appointments, conduct effective seller consultations, and master the intricacies of real estate contracts.
Our goal is to get you into production within a few weeks. After onboarding, our comprehensive training continues with sessions held multiple times a week, covering topics such as roleplays, listing appointment preparation, closing techniques, and more all conducted both in-person and via Zoom.
Your Responsibilities :
- Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
- Draft residential purchase agreements and listing agreements for your clients.
- Conduct property evaluations and prepare listing presentations to provide value and market expertise to sellers.
- Be readily available to assist and support your clients.
- Maintain accurate records in all systems and CRMs, in collaboration with channel partners.
