Title : Tax Manager

Base Salary Range : $100,000-$150,000

License Requirements : CPA or EA distinction

In Office Requirements : FULLY REMOTE

Office Location : Far East Memphis, TN

We are a full service CPA firm located in Memphis Tennessee. We have just over 30 employees and we are continually growing.

We have been in operations since the 70s and have a growing list of clients amongst numerous industries including construction, real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, agriculture, healthcare, non-profits, local & state governments, and more.

We are a full service firm offering Tax, Audit, Accounting, Business Consulting, and Wealth Management services. We we have clients of every walk of life with businesses of all sizes.

We offer a collaborative culture in the office where we work together with our team to provide top notch client services.

We have colleagues that will surround you as experts in many different segments of tax and accounting, so if you have an issue that you are not sure about you will have the support around you to find the proper solution.

We do also offer a full suite of benefits including flex hours and remote flexibility. While we are looking for someone in the Memphis area to be more client facing, we do have multiple fully remote employees around the U.S.

What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare & Review Complex Tax Returns
• Partnership Heavy - w / Multi State
• Client Management - Direct Contact with clients for tax planning, consulting, and identifying tax issues
• Researching Complex Tax Issues
• Train & Mentor Team of multiple levels of employees
• Managing Multiple Engagements for Multiple Clients at all times

What You Need

• 5+ Years in Public Accounting
• Active CPA or EA
• Expertise in Business and Individual Tax
• Privately Held Businesses
• HNWIs, Partnerships, s-corps, trust & estate, some c-corps
• Clients generating ($1 million - $10 million in revenue)
• Experience Training, Mentoring, and Supervising Multi-Person Teams
