Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze mortgage loan documents for compliance with agency and investor guidelinesMake independent loan decisions and document information in Encompass LOSCollaborate with processing staff to address underwriting deficiencies and maintain service level standardsRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationA minimum of 5+ years of recent residential mortgage underwriting experience6+ years of overall mortgage industry experienceProficiency in evaluating borrower profiles and mortgage loan documentsExperience with Jumbo loans and manual underwriting preferredBachelor's degree in finance or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
