Substitute Teacher - DaVinci Schools

We are hiring Substitute Teachers for Southern California Public Charter Schools. We have started the hiring for the 2024-2025 School Year.

We have jobs for subs in the South Bay - El Segundo, Hawthorne areas supporting our school partner, Da Vinci Schools.

$28 per hour for Substitute Teachers

Minimum requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree
• California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) requirements & related fees : https : / / www.ctc.ca.gov / credentials / leaflets / 30-Day-Substitute-Teaching-Permit-(CL-505p)

Responsibilities :

• Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
• Leading instruction in the classroom by conducting the teacher's existing lesson plans, assigning reasonable tasks and homework
• Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
• Build a classroom environment that's conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students, adapting to the various learning styles of students
