Job Title : Human Resources
University Home Care is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. As a part of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's talent acquisition and management processes.
Responsibilities :
- Administer and manage employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Assist in the training and development of employees
- Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees
Requirements :
- Prior experience in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
