We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and lead strategic initiatives that will further our mission of being the premier marketing partner for the vacation ownership industry.

This role requires working closely with our marketing representatives with training, development, and working with the management team to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• The individual selected for this role will be involved in the selection and hiring of new marketing representatives, have a key role in the training and development of marketing representatives, motivating the team to achieve production goals.
• Manage production forecasts, budgets and reporting.
• Provide support to all personnel by maintaining a presence at all locations.
• Monitor daily production for all shifts to ensure that each location is meeting or exceeding the monthly targets.
• Develop and maintain a professional, motivational, ethical, and progressive work environment that will give all marketing representatives the opportunity to perform at maximum production levels.
• Maintain weekly performance reviews for each marketing representative.
• This role requires you to be a hands-on manager, working closely with marketing representatives, assisting in meeting production goals.
• This role requires you to manage multiple booth locations inside the Hotels and Casino’s, ensuring employees are on point, and productivity is maintained.

Qualifications :

• Proven 2-3 years’ experience in sales or marketing management, preferably in the vacation ownership, or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
