Job Description :

• Works with the Quality Management Lead to ensure quality management for accomplishing TO performance expectations and objectives.
• Facilitates root cause / lessons learned analysis. Analyzes, compiles, tracks, and reports on findings of non-compliance and provides recommendations for improvement
• Escalates unresolved non-compliance issues and corrective and preventative action plans to closure in InSITE. Collects metrics, analyzes, and reports various measures to PM and other stakeholders.
• Makes recommendations for continuous improvement. Performs spot checks / audits of performance against SOPs. Helps create self-assessment for award fee evaluation process

Education / Experience :

2 +BA / BS or 1+MA / MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Degree).

Required Experience :

• Experience in working with the Quality Management Lead to ensure quality management for accomplishing TO performance expectations and objectives.
• Experience in facilitating root cause / lessons learned analysis.
• Experience in analyzing, compiling, tracking, and reporting on findings of non-compliance and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Experience in escalating unresolved non-compliance issues and corrective and preventative action plans to closure in InSITE.
• Experience in collecting metrics, analyzing, and reporting various measures to PM and other stakeholders.
• Experience in making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Experience in performing spot checks / audits of performance against SOPs.
