Position : Automation Project Engineer
Duration : 2 years, with potential for extension based on upcoming projects
Project Focus : Automation Upgrade Project
Key Responsibilities :
Project Scope :
Oversee the upgrade of the PCS7, STEP7, TIA, and SCADA automation systems, including their operating systems.
Project Support :
Assist with various projects requiring automation integration.
Core Duties :
Develop Statements of Work (SOW) and detailed specifications for automation projects.
Evaluate proposals and engineering plans to ensure alignment with project goals.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Support and coordinate the commissioning process to ensure successful implementation.
Adhere to the CIPM (Continuous Improvement Project Management) methodology for effective project management.
Administrative Tasks :
Upload and review Bills of Materials (BOM), Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules, spare parts information, manuals, and technical drawings in SAP.
Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience with PCS7, STEP7, TIA, and SCADA systems.
Strong project management skills with a focus on automation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with SAP for documentation and project tracking.
