If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Porter / Groundskeeper / Janitor to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our properties, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our residents and guests.

Located in Los Angeles, CA, Pay Rate is $19.00- $20.00+ D.O.E.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain Cleanliness : Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational areas.
• Groundskeeping : Ensure the exterior areas, such as lawns, gardens, walkways, and parking lots, are well-kept, litter-free, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Trash Management : Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from common areas, ensuring proper waste management practices.
• Minor Repairs : Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and addressing basic plumbing and electrical issues.
• Assist Residents : Provide exceptional customer service by assisting residents with requests and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Report Issues : Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to the property management team for timely resolution.
• Seasonal Tasks : Perform seasonal tasks, such as snow removal, leaf raking, and pressure washing, to ensure the property remains in top condition year-round.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the property management team and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Previous experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or maintenance roles is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
• Skills : Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment. Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Physical Stamina : Ability to lift heavy objects, stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with residents and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Reliability : Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
