Responsibilities :
- Project / clientmanagement
- Prepareproject documentation including proposals and administering projectcontracts
- Supervisestaff or perform thefollowing :
- Develop / executea project specific commissioning plan (design review systeminstallation verification and functionaltesting)
- Developspreadsheet analyses / writtenreports
- Performfield assessments and onsite commissioningactivities
- Performfunctional testing of building systems (MEP / controlsystems)
- CompleteUSGBC LEED commissioning tasks / creditcompletion
- Useenergy simulation software to perform building energy / resource useanalysis
- EnsureQA / QC standards are met by reviewing work prepared byothers
- Performworking planning / management of the commissioning process to theavailable hours in the workplan
- Attendmeetings with clients authorities having jurisdiction and otherprofessionals
- Assistwith business development
Requirements :
- BSin mechanical or electrical engineeringpreferred
- 8years of building commissioningexperience
- PEpreferred
- BCxPCCP CxA or CBCP certification
- Experiencein Healthcare Sports Commercial Public Sector Industrial Educationand / or Institutional projectspreferred
- Experiencemanaging multiple projectsconcurrently
Strongknowledge of MEP / FP building systems design / construction processesbuilding automation systems and test and balanceprocess / procedures
LEEDAP with specialtypreferred
Salary iscommensurate withexperience.
