Marketing Project Coordinator

What You'll Do

• Facilitate and coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all project objectives are met within the defined scope, timeline, and budget
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams and external business partners to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverables
• Foster effective communication channels and facilitate collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate project progress updates, changes, and relevant information to stakeholders, team members, and other relevant parties
• Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and facilitate the implementation of appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Support the organization and facilitation of regular project meetings, including kickoff, status, and review meetings, to maintain alignment and provide updates on project progress
• Ensure adherence to project coordination best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned, capture feedback, and contribute to process improvements for future projects
• Continually evaluate project coordination process to find and improve efficiencies and project output
• Support and demonstrate IMA's core values

You Should Have

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaboration and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficient in project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress
• Understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and resolve issues effectively
