We are currently in search of lawn and landscape maintenance crew members. Offering full and part-time opportunities, 3-day weekends, holidays off, no seasonal layoffs, multiple benefits, and extensive in-office training.
In the Crew Member role, you will be in the field developing the skills necessary to advance your career growth. This is a full-time, year-round career opportunity that transitions into snow removal tasks in the winter.
Necessary Qualifications :
- Driver's License
- Attention to detail
- Prior Industry experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Industry knowledge relative to landscape maintenance
- Valid Minnesota or Wisconsin Drivers License and acceptable driving record
- Ability to operate truck and trailer combination
- DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- As a key member of our lawn maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch services to both residential and commercial properties.
- Perform Professional Lawn Maintenance services to the highest quality standards.
- Your role will involve working collaboratively to ensure the highest standards of lawn and landscape maintenance are met.
- Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, trimming, cleanups, etc. with precision.
- Work effectively as part of a crew.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
