JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with the engineering team to research and identify component failures to improve product yield and reliability.
- Operate laboratory equipment for in-depth investigations as needed.
- SCH capture and layout of simple PCBs and preparation of samples for analysis.
- Perform chemical, physical, or electromechanical failure analysis.
- Debug PCBA on returned products, determine failure causes, analyze reports, and recommend corrective actions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Hands-on experience with micro-soldering.
- Proficiency in using lab equipment like X-ray / CT, SEM / EDS, and optical microscopes.
- Experience in embedded, database or Python programming.
