Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Build relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and offer tailored solutions.Inbound Inquiries : Handle incoming inquiries effectively, addressing client questions and providing expert guidance.
Policy Design : Create customized insurance plans that align with each client's unique requirements.Sales Growth : Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage and drive revenue.
Community Outreach : Participate in community events to promote agency services and build brand awareness.Continuous Development : Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide informed advice and support.
Requirements
Licensure : Possess or acquire a valid Georgia Insurance License to engage in insurance sales activities.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is mandatory
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Self-Driven : Ability to work independently, set goals, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and resolve inquiries effectively.
Technology Proficiency : Comfort with utilizing digital tools, CRM software, and online platforms to streamline work processes and communication.
