Legitimate flooring company currently seeking to hire a skilled flooring mechanic / installer for a full time position. We work mainly with vinyl's (LVT, LVP, sheet vinyl) & carpet, no hardwood, some tile.
We work with an array of trim & wall base products, mainly vinyl cove.
This is a morning shift (7am start time on most days), but rarely may be asked to work an after / evening shift. Majority of the workload is commercial work, but not 100% of it.
Weekends are available for those who seek overtime. Holiday pay, sick pay & PTO are obtainable through longevity in the company.
Each new hire will be put on a 30 day probationary period where you will be assessed & graded at the end of the period, then you are subject to receive a higher compensation & take advantage of company offered benefits.
Requirements :
- Must be authorized to legally work in the United States.
- Must have valid drivers license & transportation.
- Must have OSHA 10 hour certification or be willing to commit to obtaining one which is paid for by the company.
- Must be able to lift & carry up to 70lbs
- Must be on time each & everyday
- Must be in coordination with jobsite PPE requirements
Some general construction or flooring experience is required, however, willing to train the right person who wants to learn & become a career employee.
