We are looking for leaders who enjoy working in a professional & fast-paced hospitality environment, while maintaining our focus on speed of service, food safety and food quality.
We offer Sundays off and we close at 9 : 30PM the other 6 days! The Team Leader will assist in shift organization, training, monitoring, and coaching / leading team members to ensure our guests receive a safe and delicious product every time they visit our restaurant.
Responsibilities Include :
- Works alongside team members; SERVES the team alongside other leaders (Servant Leadership Model)
- Promotes teamwork throughout the restaurant (Coach, Correct, and Cheer!)
- Trains team following proper Chick-fil-A procedures
- Promotes a positive & professional work environment
- Ability to lead others and provide constructive feedback regarding performance
- Works with other leaders to get exceptional results / scores for quality and food safety
- Collaborates across the team to ensure all responsibilities are completed for each shift
- Ensures work stations are clean and sanitized
- Helps promote effective cost controls across the business
Compensation Package :
Advertised compensation is inclusive of -
- hourly wage
- 401K contribution (5% employer-paid contribution, no personal contribution required)
- employer-subsidized healthcare plan (includes medical, dental and vision)
- meals on shift
Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Saturday availability (plan on 3 per month)
- No hand, face, or neck tattoos; no face, eye, tongue or nose piercings (nose rings must be removed)
- Males -may have facial hair that is short and well manicured
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
