Registered Dietitian (RD)
A skilled nursing facility is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join their team
Registered Dietitian (RD) Responsibilities Include :
- Developing and implementing nutritional care plans that identify the needs of the residents, and the goals to be accomplished for each dietary problem / need identified.
- Evaluating, interpreting, and implementing the prescribed diets for residents.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with physicians, nurses, and other members of interdisciplinary team, regarding the nutritional care for the residents.
- Job includes - Assessing patients , completing Nutrition assessments and Care Plans, attending Care Plans meetings, MDS, PEG feeding assessments.
- Meal Tracker and Pointclick Care kn
owledge a plus.
Registered Dietitian (RD) Qualifications / Requirements :
- Bachelors degree of Science Nutrition required
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and established procedures. Shifts :
- FULL TIME
- FULL TIME
Salary : $70,000 to $75,000 a year
