Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with benefits and hourly wages ranging from $17.25 - $24 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
We are looking for Security staff to support our Senior Age Cooperative in Edina, MN! This position is responsible for maintaining a safe a secure facility, supervising access, responding to emergencies, and providing exceptional customer service.
- This security schedule includes;
- 16 hours every two weeks
- Part time, overnight (NOC) shifts; Saturday & Sunday 10 : 30 PM - 6 : 30 AM
- Includes every other weekend
- Partial Benefit Eligible : (Matching retirement monies, paid time off. Early Wage Access - cash out wages before payday!)

- Monitor and respond to building alarm and emergency systems
- Completes required emergency reports clearly and concisely
- Greet and provide courteous assistance to visitors, residents, and vendors
- Conduct regular patrols of the building, garage (including boiler and generator rooms) and parking lots
- Answer the telephone, take accurate messages and ensure delivery of message to appropriate person
- Ability to recognize and respond to mechanical and maintenance issues and communicate accordingly to staff and contractors
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Previous experience of 1-3 years preferred
- High school diploma / GED preferred, but not required
