Assist with hiring process, coordinating interviews, onboarding, including
new hire orientations,
Able to communicate Company policies and procedures, and benefits to
staff.
- Manages the HRIS system and Applicant Tracking systems
- Keeps records of full-time and temporary employees, including plant
Scorecard. In addition tracks files, training records, and insurance
enrollments.
Strong Partnership with managers and supervisors to assist with hourly
employees
- Supports engagement and well-being programs and events.
- Monitors attendance and punctuality of hourly employees.
- Handles confidential information with high emotional intelligence.
