Job Description

  • Manage project scope and timeline
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
  • Be the point of contact for external communications ( from clients or stakeholders)
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
  • Help teams implement changes effectively
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Guide creative teams to higher scrum maturity
  • Any other reasonable or necessary activity required by management or leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years working as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital environment
  • Scrum Master Certification
  • Demonstrable skills in managing projects of high risk and complexity, including timeline and budget management
  • Expertise in leading strategic discussions & presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Track record of working at depth within a client services organization, preferably on projects with top tier consulting firms or design agencies
  • Proven understanding of technology development and the design lifecycle
  • Expert knowledge of the end-to-end process for delivering design and user experience deliverables
  • Ability to jump into and manage many different categories of work
  • Strong presence and command of a room
  • This is a remote position with ability to travel, as needed

Reporting to the Programme Manager

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
