Position Summary

The Manager, HR Business Partner plays a key supportive strategic role as a thought partner to aligned business leadership and their teams.

You will be responsible for building successful relationships with business partners to execute strategy that will positively impact the Clinical & Government Services Operations and PBM Product business units.

Operating within the Human Resources consulting model, you will work closely with HRBPs, HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Shared Services (HRSS) to execute site specific responsibilities including workforce planning, talent acquisition, training, change management, compensation, colleague engagement, culture and enterprise HR initiatives.

This role will report into one of our Corporate Hubs. If you are near to one of the following Corporate locations, you must work in the office at least three days a week

Duties and Responsibilities :

As partner to the business :

Executes the HR strategy to address the current and future direction of their team

Cascades site policy / practice initiatives

Coaches and develops leaders to optimize performance

Efficiently manages multiple and changing HR priorities and trends

Evaluates the impact of site programs / strategies that impact the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of team members

As Operations Manager :

Works with COEs, leveraging enterprise resources and expertise to support site.

Effectively leverages and shares key insights and actions based on HR data and metrics

In partnership with Talent Acquisition, implements proactive staffing strategies to ensure talent goals are met

Leverages tools and data resources to optimize organizational effectiveness (people, process, policy)

As Cultural Ambassador :

Recognizes, articulates, and helps shape site culture

Supports leader and colleague focus on engagement activities

Facilitates finding HR solutions for difficult / urgent situations

Facilitates dialogue and discussion to align others on company values and related imperatives

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Human Resource (HR) experience

Willingness to travel based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

Strong communication and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to influence and coach at all levels of leadership

Effective organization and planning skills as well as proven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

Ability to translate business challenges into HR solutions

Experience with compensation, recruiting, organizational design, and talent management

Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, to think through employee issues and move to resolution subtly and in a timely manner

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees individually, as well as ability to present information to large groups of employees

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$54,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
