Compensation :
$85,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase / sale agreements
- Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision-making process
- Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
- Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
Qualifications :
- Must have a valid Real Estate License or the motivation to get one
- Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
- Proven negotiating and communication skills
- Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
- Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient
