The Best Support and Training in the industry
Compensation :
$80,000 - $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within key regions of Colorado Springs to expand our luxury client base effectively.
- Efficiently handle inbound sales inquiries, converting them into appointments promptly to ensure quick response and effective communication with potential clients.
- Establish and maintain an organized database of prospective and past clients in Colorado Springs, ensuring all lead information is accurate and readily available.
- Engage with prospects through various communication channels such as email, phone calls, and other methods to nurture relationships and generate high-quality real estate leads.
- Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports highlighting progress towards company goals and identifying areas for improvement to the team in Colorado Springs, CO, US.
Qualifications :
- A valid Real Estate License is required or a strong willingness to pursue one is necessary.
- Passion for luxury real estate is a must.
