Total compensation for the Mechanical Project Executive is between $147,000 and $200,000.

Mechanical Project Executive Duties & Responsibilities
- Management of larger projects or overseeing team working on multiple projects.
- LEAN Tool implementation, teaching new LEAN concepts.
- Coordination of design team, trades and subcontractors.
- Define and apply policies and procedures, decision making, manage and solve project issues.
- Continuous improvement of team and project procedures.
- Client communication, negotiate and manage change orders.
- Assembling and presentation of monthly project review and division leadership.
- Mentoring team, owning the contract and be able to understand and explain scope.
Mechanical Project Executive Qualifications
- History of job stability.
- Proven ability to manage very large projects - Commercial or Industrial or management experience with multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil) or Construction Management.
- 10+ years of related work experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
