- Data tracking and reporting. Work with the Contractor’s EOP person and third party consultants, and CHOP consultant, to track and report on local trade / personnel participation on project, MBE / WBE subcontracts and minority / women / disabled trades persons project involvement.
- Contractor engagement meet and greets with MBE / WBE / DBE firms, promote subcontractor engagement with the Contractor, and develop ideas to encourage and promote increased diversity on the program for client review.
- Community engagement- working through Union requirements, communicate job opportunities in the surrounding areas, facilitate introductions / connections between interested trade personnel and companies.
- Drive and manage overall client initiatives as assigned.
